Does using KJPhone consume local mobile data?
KJPhone runs in the cloud. During the idle process, it won't consume local mobile data or battery power. However, when operating through the KJPhone APP, it will consume local mobile data. In this case, it is recommended to use WIFI. Note: Downloading games within the cloud phone will not consume additional mobile data from your phone.
Can data inside an expired cloud phone be recovered?
No. The expired cloud phone will have its data cleared when it is recycled, and it cannot be recovered.
What should I do if the game freezes or the screen goes black?
1. Click the "Restart" button on the cloud phone, restart the cloud phone, and then wait for 1 minute before entering the cloud phone. 2. If the problem persists, please contact customer service for assistance.
Why do games sometimes have the issue of crashing or losing connection?
Due to the wide variety of games available on the market, there are differences in optimization and compatibility among various games. There is a certain probability of crashes. No, the network speed of the cloud phone depends on the bandwidth speed of the cloud server room and has nothing to do with the network speed of the actual phone.
Does the cloud phone have sound? Does it support voice calls?
Currently, the cloud phone always has sound. Both the Android version and the PC version can hear the sound. You can set it by going to "Mine" - "Settings" - "Allow to Cloud Phone Playback Sound". Once enabled, you can control the volume through the volume key. PC settings: Click on the "Settings", check if the “Cloud Phone Playback Sound” is turned on, and then control the volume in the operation interface.
What are the differences between different servers?
Due to geographical differences, we recommend that you choose a server that is closer to your location.
The cloud phone has expired. Can I go back to using the previous cloud phone?
No. After the cloud machine expires, the system will automatically reclaim the device and delete the data. If you want to continue using the cloud phone, please purchase a new one.
